		<description>I just want to share my riding experience with Zest Air. First time ko to ride zest air nung pinadala ako ng company sa boracay. Ofcourse i was so excited kasi first time ko pupunta ng boracay and makakasakay uli ako ng eroplano. Yung terminal ng zest air is yung old domestic airport, which is okay lang though hindi na ganun kaganda. On time naman yung pagsakay namin ng sa plane, pero yung pag depart, medyo na late lang ng unti but okay pa rin di ko masyado pansin kasi nga excited ako. i told to my colleague &quot;magbibigay sila ng free zest-o&quot; kasi nabasa ko nga, but to my dismay HINDI pala. I can afford naman to buy pero iba pa rin yung libre (hehehe) I don&#039;t know if zest air lang yung hindi nagbibigay ng free snack. Kasi before, cebu pac and air phil ang sinasakyan ko may free meal. Medyo para lang akong nasasakal kasi ang sikip ng space pero A320 yung sinakyan namin. Tapos hindi pa na iincline yung upuan. Pero okay lang, smooth naman ang landing namin sa kalibo.Roundtrip yung ticket namin ng kasama ko, so zest air pa rin kami. This time, sa iloilo international airport kami sasakay pabalik ng manila. Our schedule was 6:55pm.. pero na delayed kami ng 1 hour or so.. Mas nauna pa yung ibang airline na umalis sa amin. Marunong naman ako magpasensya, so idinaan ko na lang sa kain yung 1 oras na delay ng flight kasi wala naman free food (hehe)Mas okay yung plane na nasakyan namin this time. Amoy bago! naks.Malaki ang space sa upuan kaya galaw ako ng galaw. Medyo nainis lang ako sa isang flight attendant dahil medyo masungit siya mag assist ng passenger at ilang beses din kami sinita. Pero nag iba din naman tingin ko sa kanya kasi maganda pala siya. (hahaha) I fell inlove with her in short. Nung lumilipad na kami, grabe yung aircon temp ng plane at medyo foggy na sa loob ng plane which is quite distracting lang for me. Being makulit, i&#039;m still waiting if they would distribute free juice.. haha. wala pa rin. Smooth naman ang pag land namin sa Manila. Nakakatawa lang yung flight attendant na nagsasalita medyo nabubulol. My verdict? Okay ang zest air for me..wag lang masyadong masanay i delay ang flight. Ofcourse, i want to see the beautiful flight attendant named Rhayne, zest air talaga sasakyan ko.</description>

first time ko pa naman sanang sumakay nun ng eroplano sa kamalasmalasan ba naman ang napili ng travel agency namin na airline ay... tadahhhh!!! &quot;ZEST AIR- asia&#039;s most refreshing airline&quot;. Excited kami nun ng MGA, take note &quot;MGA KASAMA KO&quot; kasi nga marami kaming first time that time na sumakay ang eroplano. Pagdating sa airport ayun na, kukuha na ng boarding pass, anu ba naman magulo pa sa digmaan ang pila, at sa wakas nakakuha n rin kami.. nag-antay nlng kami kung kilan kami pasasakayin at dumating na ang oras... well nauna ang CebuPacific keysa sa amin as usual.. at sa wakas paakyat na kami ng eroplano nang may napansin aq, c nanay nakatungkod nglalakad papaakyat na sa HAGDANAN ng eroplano wla man lang isa sa mg flight attendant ang sumalubong pra tulungan c nanay. tutulungan sana namin kaso nasa hulihang hagdanan kami bawal daw dumaan sa harapan ang nkaupo sa hulihan pra daw po sa mabilis na daloy ng pag-upo. kawawang nanay... sinalubong nalang siya ng mga attendant sa loob at binati ang welcome aboard to ZESTAIR maam, ganun lang parang walang nangyari. nung nasa himpapawid na kami may batang iyak nang iyak. talagang nakakadisturbo na ng ibang pasahero. wala mn lang ginawa ang mga flight attendant eh sa pagkakaalam ko nung bumyahe yung nanay q kasama ang pamangkin kung baby sa Cebupacific pag may batang sakay ng eroplano binibigyan ng laruan o unan at my snack pa. e sa amin umaksyon lng ang mga flight attendant ng ngtayuan n karamihan ng mga pasahero banda sa min, alam nyo ba kung anung pinayo nla sa ama ng bata??? &quot;Sir pwede po muna pumasok kayo sa CR at dun nlng patahanin yung bata&quot; WHAT A GOOD ADVICE. paglabas tumahan nga yung bata sandali tas iyak na naman, ang ginawa nlng namin ay nilaro ang bata pra hindi na umiyak. at sa kasamang palad paglabas n namin nang airport at kumain s labas dahil nga wla man lng kahit tubig binigay sa min ang &quot;ASIA&#039;S MOST REFRESHING AIRLINE&quot; nalaman naning ninakawan yung nakalimutang wallet ng kasama q sa bag na chenik-in nya. well masasabi naming may kasalanan yung kasama namin dahil nga no valuables inside sa mga baggage na echenichek-in, pro nakalimutan po iyon, ngpapakita po lamang na hindi pwedeng pagkatiwalaaan ang mga taohan ng ZESTAIR. 
Nung pauwi na namn kami syempre roundticket ang kinuha ng agency, ZESTAIR parin kami. Delayed sana yung flight namin na 4am at magiging 8:30am na daw dahil sa technical problem ng mga BAGONG EROPLANO nila. what!!!! anu sila hilo!!! wala pa kaming tulog nun dahil galing din kami sa mahadang road trip then 8:30 pa pala ang flight namin. buti nalang at natuloy nila ang original flight schedule nla.

as of our complain sa nawalang pera nakausap namin yung manager ata nila yun at parang medyo galit dahil nga sa policy na no valuables inside the check-in baggage eh sinagot namin na hindi pala pwede pagkatiwalaan ung kumpanya nyo in terms of valuables. wlang nagawa at binigyan nlng kami ng complain form efollow-up nlng daw nla thru email (same pattern with the other complains)

until now wlang follow-up at hindi na rin kami umaasa pa...

		<description>i am very much disappointed with your airlines because of my experience. Last April 27, 2010 flight from Manila to davao around 4am, we have a baggage and we declared as fragile because it was glass for giveaways for my wedding. they put fragile stickers on 2 boxes baggage but only 1 sticker per box (maliliit pa). when we arrived at Davao airport and waiting for my baggage, i noticed that the 2 boxes was not in good condition. Baliktad na at basa pa. i called the zestair employee and they said the manager will entertained my complain. after 50 minutes of waiting with the manager, he approach me and decided to open my baggage and they found 17 pcs broken give aways with his presence. he got pictures and me too,,,, he promise me within the day or nextday he will email me his feedback because malayo pa ang uuwian ko (Tandag, Surigao del Sur)but unfortunately until now i did  not receive any feedback even a single message. i tried also to text him but no reply messge. i am very much disappointed because i tried to reach and waited to your good service but wala akong na receive. even it was just a minimal cost of damage but still it was valuable for me because my wedding is fast approaching this coming May 8, 2010 but my giveaways still lacking due to damage. i am hoping for your action regarding this matter.</description>
