I am so happy that a Cebuano delegation made it to the top - the third time in a row! Indeed, this is far beyond just mere luck. Truly, Cebu has indeed become a world-class haven in possibly all aspects. I am also equally happy for other festivals who have shown their “way of life” through their dances. With this kind of unity, you make me proud to be a Filipino! More power!
