I am so happy that a Cebuano delegation made it to the top – the third time in a row! Indeed, this is far beyond just mere luck. Truly, Cebu has indeed become a world-class haven in possibly all aspects. I am also equally happy for other festivals who have shown their “way of life” through their dances. With this kind of unity, you make me proud to be a Filipino! More power!

we all can make a say on the matter based on whatever we’re feeling for the moment. but no matter what we say, “winners are winners” – that’s written records. congrats cebu! congrats iloilo! congrats phils.!
