Good afternoon can i ask you a request how much your economy ticket for Manila to Bohol (roundtrip tciket) and can avail with your (promo fare for 2 economy domestic ticketfor buying 1 economy domestic ticket coz my family is planning to go to BOHOL with a PROMO FARE. Pls.reply ASAP to my e-mail address ednaacuram@yahoo.com. And itemized the plane expenses so that i can budget it. How much is the rate of 6 yrs. old son so will it be included in the promo rate. Just want to ask if PAL has connecting flights to Tawitawi or can you recommend any domestic flight that will lead to Tawitawi from Manila. The plan to travel is within this month December 2009. Thanks so much.

To whom it may concern,
I am a regular airline-passenger of PAL Express, The policy that your company implemented was so disappointing with passengers or customers. The charges for domestic flight luggage is outrageous and should be looked at carefully or evaluated by majority votes.

It is ridiculous to pay for all your luggage if you come from the International Airport.
When i bought my ticket, I was not informed about luggage limitation with Domestic Flight.
Its only INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES gives you weight limitations (50 kilos Allowed), there should be an exceptions for INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS, because we paid our dues already. It is very shameful that the name PAL ( PHILIPPINE AIRLINE ) Express does not match the services they provide to customers. The name PAL means PHILIPPINE ALWAYS LATE Express and should be deleted totally.

Hope someone will check and do something with the situation, that is happening now. Make someone lives better and you’ll feel good.
