Philippine Travel Blog - The Travelers Guide to Philippine Destinations

If you want information on a particular destination, there’s no better authority than the locals themselves. And that’s why this blog is written by Pinoys. But my heart glows extra warmly whenever I read or hear foreigners speak about the Philippines, and I’d like to create some space for such perspective here. I think it will not only be informative to non-Pinoy travellers, but will also be a feel-good read for Pinoys.

Take for example, what Robert Painter wrote about the Philippines for the TravelWorld, an international travel e-zine. In addition to highlighting the magnificent must-see’s and must-do’s in Manila, he adds this:

The greatest attraction in the Philippines is the people themselves. To truly experience this fabulous country you only have to get out of your hotel and get into the streets and into the countryside.
