Tacloban Leyte Sangyaw Festival 2008 list of winners
The newly-revived Sangyaw Festival of Tacloban City is fnally over and I’m now back here in Manila. The results are in, but I honestly doubt the scorecards. I am not sure if it’s just me or the other also noted something, too. This year’s Sangyaw Festival Champion is Tribu Kabatok of Tacloban City.

I could never feel safe in the Phillipe because everyone is so poor compared to Americans, we’d stand out and be kidnap targets. My parents don’t like it either. Also, they don’t have enough churches.
