Kinilaw
When dining in Davao, one musn’t pass up the opportunity to try one of the city’s specialities. Kinilaw na Bariles/Malasugue: is raw cubed Tuna sauced with vinegar and a dash of salt. Thanks to abaniko for mentioning it in his blog.
