My rating: 8/10

Great costumes. Small size parade. What it lack in size is compensated by the enthusiasm, commitment and gusto of the participants. Very colorful. Since this is a relatively unknown festival it is not too crowded and there is plenty of space to enjoy the parade. Ideal for photographers.
