Hi!
I'm glad somebody finally had the idea of promoting our very own island!I just wish you guys added inns and rates we can possibly stay in case we decide to go overnight but describing the places was great enough and got me interested to do the same suroy-suroy. I'm just a little bit concerned about leaving the city comforts like a nice clean place to stay in case you get stranded. i guess its more fun to do it using public transportation so i can really experience the people and how's our transpo like but great job guys!!!

Dear beloved brothers and sisters in Christ
Greetings from Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire,

In recent time, it has been on air worldwide about the present political problems in Côte d’ivoire.
With a sincere, and well organised members of above named originally base in Bouaké.under the distinquisheh leadership of Reverend Doctor Michael in 17th of July 1990 established a Socialhome in Bouake. At the inception of this social home. The main aims and obejctives of this Home in Bouake, was to run a social home that assist the less privilege ones in our society.

In a brief introcduction of our social home. The social home took off with thirty-five children at 17/7/90. Before the end of 1990 to march the number increased to one hundred and twenty-five with recommendations of specialist Hospital and non churches social homes. The number of children continue Rose on daily bases which as at April 1997 the total number of children rose three hundred and nine children.

In Bouake, the welfare of this children were well taking care of, our major source of income to run this home was through our special offering from different church and other meaninning people in our country.

In another developpement, why we are writing you people from Abidjan here is because of the Military uprising that took place in Bouake last four years 19 september 2002. that broke off the civil war in Bouake which most lives and properties were lost, with this dispensation, we consider it to be risky. The above organisation sat down and agreed to carry the children out of Bouake for their safety. Finally, we brought them to Abidjan and secure a camp for them.

Please brothers and sisters in Christ we and the children shall continue to pray for you who have been assisting us in many ways. So we shall put you people in our daily prayers for your support. For the bible says in the book of Matthew chapter 5: 7 “blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy”.
Therefore, our major need in Abidjan is r food and medicine, we shall be grateful receiving any gift from you brothers and sisters in Christ. We shall be glad to welcome any body who wishes to visit us in Abidjan.
We shall be grateful receiving your help.
May God almighty bless everyone of you in Jesus mighty name Amen.

Your faithfully
