Nice! I mean... it was nice of you to write about it so that people who are not familiar with the current traffic situation in SLEX would know (if they're familiar with this site).

I live in Las Pinas and more often than not, I choose to go home (thru route C) between 10-11pm. Oh well.. I just hope they don't raise the toll fees so much after the repairs... just like what happened in NLEX where toll fees went from P20+ to P100++.

Haha, love the Don Juan analogy. At least you don't actually cut yourself open and squeeze some calamansi juice on the wound!

Thanks for the tips.

here are the things i do:
- i slap my face hard, yung masakit talaga, that sometimes I feel like Don Juan of Ibong Adarna =)
- i turn the music up and sing my heart out
- i take pictures while driving, which is quite dangerous, but makes you more alert
- i picture really hard about what a mess i would look like if ever i slam into a tree

hope i was able to help.

@Jessie, if you write it, they will come. ;)

I've always wondered gsas, what's the best way to stay awake on the highway? Navigating streets keeps me alert, because the turns are frequent. It's a different case on the highway. Going fast on a straight line or weaving through bumper-to-bumper traffic can be quite boring (read: makes me sleepy).
