Christmas in Policarpio
It has been our tradition every December to go to Policarpio Street, in Mandaluyong City. This street, literally becomes a wonderland during the “ber” months. All houses are wrapped with Christmas lights, and rooftops are often filled with Santa Clauses and other toys. Definitely, tis is one of the few places to go in Manila during the Christmas season.

what i like about policarpio is the “hometown” feeling. Parang piyesta. lots of people just going there to have a little fun and amusement.

to policarpio: from edsa — take boni (mandaluyong, also MRT stn) take the route to Gabbys Kalentong. Plicarpio is after the City Hall. Streets in mandaluyong, esp along boni is labeled with big green signages on the posts, you can take F. Ortigas, or P.Cruz. You’ll see a lot of peolpe going down anyway so you’d know.
