To whom it may concern,

Hello!!! the pictures shown by you that your people are wearing uniforms is alreeady obsolete. Have you seen your people including the captain of your feery the way they dressed up, it’s hard to say but they are all lousy.

Eventhogh there is no special trips to be done they are suppose to wear their respective uniforms as well as their customer service when the passengers are boarding.

And it you’re going to look also of the people in different stations that you have I can consider it the same as with the crew of the ferries, I don’t think they know their obligations towards their customers.

I hope that the system will be change for the better.

hope everyone will travel here to promote the local tourism. like in bangkok, this mean of transportation may eventually become a tourist spot with the support of Filipino people

I have ridden on the ferrytwice already and hae plans to go from Intramurous to Guadaloupe today. It it a great service. My last trip was from Guadaloupe to Intramurouse on the last run just after dark. It was a really nice trip.

During month of december, we had an exiting sail by Pasig river ferry. These facilities are just of world class and the fares are quite reasonable too.
