Boracay is CNN Travel+Leisure’s top 5 Romantic Island

Our very own Boracay was name by CNN Tavel + Leisure top 5 World’s Romantic Island. Something that we should be proud of as Filipinos, Boracay was ahead for Maldives and even our neighbouring island Bali (Indonesia).

CNN Travel+Leisure readers voted top 10 World’s romantic islands recently. Toping the list is Bora Bora, an island in the Leeward group of the Society Islands of French Polynesia, an overseas collectivity of France in the Pacific Ocean. The island, located about 230 km northwest of Papeete, is surrounded by a lagoon and a barrier reef. [source]
