Masskara 2008 soon to hit the streets of Bacolod City

In just a little less than three months time, the streets of Bacolod City will once again be decked with all the buntings and banners. Loud music and colorful costumes are de rigeur. And everyone is expected to be in a party mode.

The Philippines’ most colorful festival will be taking centerstage as hundreds of dancers in colourful and heavily decorated costumes and smiling masks dance to the loud music during the annual Maskara Festival 2008.
